PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF REFUND CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

We strive to meet your expectations and make an effort to ensure all orders placed are delivered as soon as possible as per the specifications of our customers and within maximum timeframe of 72 working hours.

  • In the event of any unavoidable circumstances, or due to any reason the order isn’t fulfilled by Risecapfx (RISECAP ADVISORY SOLUTION LLP) then the order will be cancelled and you will be refunded fully.

  • If the order has been processed and the product is delivered to the customer is faulty or wrong product, then we will either replace or will issue a full refund.
  •  

  • However, If a customer submits wrong information then Risecapfx will only refund money after deducting any applicable service charges as stated to customers from time to time. No refund will be issued for any wrong services ordered by the customer.
  •  

  • We advise our customers that before ordering from our site please read all the instructions carefully.
  •  

  • Any service can be cancelled within the Free (Look Up) period which is 7 days from the date of order of the service & for software’s 7 days from the delivery date, If any fault or bugs found to be reported as soon as possible.
  •  

  • All refund requests to be made through our help-desk panel.
  •  

  • The services once canceled and refunded can be restarted by contacting our sales team.
